How do I use it?
  1. Push back the cuticles.
  2. Gently buff the nail surface to remove shine.
  3. Dust thoroughly to remove all debris.
  4. Apply a coat of Maskscara Dehydr8 to dehydrate the nail.
  5. Apply a thin, even coat of 3XV Primer to the natural nail.
  6. Proceed with your chosen application (gel, acrylic, etc.).
