WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS WITHIN THE BORDERS OF SOUTH AFRICA?

We use third-party carriers which deliver daily. Shipping times depends on the third-party carrier, their routes and your location. Delivery to outlying and rural areas will take a bit longer as they are not serviced on a daily basis. Shipping prices are subject to change and are calculated according to your delivery location.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS OUTSIDE THE BORDERS OF SOUTH AFRICA?

We use a variety of third-party carriers for international deliveries. Shipping times and costs vary on the third-party carrier, their routes and your international destination. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out subject to the contract carrier rates. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our online payment gateway. We also accept PAYFLEX interest free flexible payment options and EFT payments. Please provide your order number which starts with MASK0000 when making payment.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Our refund and returns policies are subject to our online terms and conditions usage and can be viewed in the terms and conditions section. Only items that have a material defect will be considered for return. Material Defects are defects that exclude but are not limited to the following: differences in color between the item displayed on our website and the final color after application and finishing, marbelling, Incorrectly ordered sizes, colors or products, improper use or application of any product, applying product incorrectly, applying product without the necessary training and qualification to do so, failure to adhere to common standards in the industry, applying product to natural nails that have any form of condition or disease whose contra-indications clearly state that no product should be applied, any changes of defects to Maskscara products that occur as a result of mixing different brands of products. Unopened and/or unused items may be returned for a full refund within a 7-day period provided the original till slip or tax invoice is produced and the product is in its original packaging. If any other electronic item is found to be materially defective, you may return the item within 6-months from date of purchase, provided you have the original till slip or tax invoice. All electronic equipment carries a 7-day return warranty from date of proof of delivery as supplied by our third-party carriers or from date of your purchase in our retail stores. After the 7-day period all electronic equipment must be returned to the store you purchased it from or alternatively be shipped to our main warehouse for inspection. We reserve the right to send electronic equipment for technical evaluation prior to repairing, refunding or exchanging the product. CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER AT ONE OF YOUR LOCAL STORES?

While we have many stores throughout South Africa, each store stocks only certain Maskscara products due to space limitations. Due to the wide range of products that we supply, not all products are stocked in all our stores, therefore all products ordered through our online store are shipped directly to the consumer from our warehouse based in Marconi Beam, Cape Town anywhere in South Africa.

ARE GIFT CARDS REDEEMABLE AT YOUR LOCAL STORES OR ONLY ONLINE?

Gift cards purchased on www.maskscara.co.za are redeemable online at checkout only via the website or our Android or iOS app, and not in our local stores.

DO I GET DISCOUNTS IF I BUY IN BULK?

We offer a reseller program, in this program it offers you the opportunity to become your own entrepreneur and sell products, or to take advantage of the bulk discounts. https://maskscara.co.za/pages/reseller-information. All customers that have completed one of our paid online training courses and received their certificate of completion will benefit from an automatic 10% discount for future purchases.
