How do I use it?
  1. Clean the area
    Ensure lashes and brows are completely clean and free from makeup, oils, and residue.
  2. Protect the skin
    Apply a thin layer of barrier cream or petroleum jelly around the brows and under the eyes to prevent staining.
  3. Prepare the tint
    In a tint mixing dish, combine the Julienne Tint with the recommended tint developer according to the manufacturer’s mixing ratio. Mix until a smooth cream consistency is achieved.
