Heart Flake Non-Wipe Top Coat will seal the nail creating your heart flake design. No added top coat layers are needed.
• PRO TIP.  Before curing the Non Wipe Heart Flake Top Coat, use a dotting tool to arrange hearts to desired effect. Allow the top coat to self level and cure for 60sec
